Exact files installed

Under your Palworld folder, after running Install PerfProbe.cmd with the game closed:

Pal\Binaries\Win64\dwmapi.dll — UE4SS loader (only if UE4SS was not already present; existing loaders are left alone)
Pal\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\ — UE4SS framework (only if missing)
Pal\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\PerfProbe\ — the mod (Scripts\main.lua, optional panel.ps1, runtime text files such as settings.txt / exec.txt)
Engine\Config\ConsoleVariables.ini — boot render defaults (TSR @ 60%); any previous file is backed up once as ConsoleVariables.ini.perfprobe-backup

No WorldOption, save-game, or cloud-save files are written by the installer.

One-click uninstall path

Close Palworld, then:

If you already had UE4SS: delete only Pal\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\PerfProbe.
If PerfProbe installed UE4SS for you: delete Pal\Binaries\Win64\dwmapi.dll and the whole Pal\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\ folder.
In Engine\Config: delete ConsoleVariables.ini; if ConsoleVariables.ini.perfprobe-backup exists, rename it back to ConsoleVariables.ini.

Full steps also live on the Install page. After a Palworld patch crash, removing dwmapi.dll alone is the emergency unload.
